摘要:
管道刮板輸送機運行阻力主要是由散料重力及對管道的側壓力引起的,經研究該側壓力呈曲線分布。本文分析散料重力壓力及由重力壓力引起的側壓力在管道的分布情況,得到側壓力計算簡化公式,并導出了運行阻力計算公式,為管道刮板輸送機的設計提供理論依據。
Abstract:
The running resistance of pipe scraper conveyors (PSCs) is mainly caused by bulk material gravity the lateral pressure of the bulk material tube trough wall. Through analysis, the pressure is shown to exhibit curve distribution. This study analyzed the distribution of lateral pressure caused by the gravity pressure of bulk materials on the tube trough wall based on the bulk mechanics theory mechanics theory of retaining walls. A simplified lateral pressure formula was obtained. The computational formula was deduced based on this formula, providing a theoretical foundation for the design of PSCs.
